Please read these terms carefully before booking with BAE Holidays.

By booking any package or service with BAE Holidays, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you (โthe travelerโ) and BAE Holidays (โweโ, โusโ, โourโ).
1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable advance is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days before departure. BAE Holidays reserves the right to cancel any booking where payment is not received on time.
2. Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed with advance payment.
3. Itinerary Changes
BAE Holidays reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, natural conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Alternatives of equal or higher value will be provided wherever possible.
4. Travel Documents
It is the traveler's responsibility to carry valid photo ID, passport (for international trips), visas, and any other required documents. BAE Holidays is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to missing documentation.
5. Health & Safety
Travelers are expected to disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation. BAE Holidays reserves the right to exclude a traveler from an activity if it poses a safety risk to themselves or others.
6. Liability
BAE Holidays acts as an organizer and is not liable for loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by third-party service providers including airlines, hotels, and transport operators. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
7. Conduct
Travelers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, guides, and locals. BAE Holidays reserves the right to remove a traveler from a trip without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive or harmful.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
